I liked this way more than the album version. I feel like your vocals were stronger, just having the piano really let the emotion in your voice come through.

This song was made to be performed in stadiums, wouldn't be out of place at Wembley as a closing song :) It's one of my favourite songs, as is Living on the Underground :) Yay for underground trains :P Dead and Gone is brilliant too! If you go on tour around England any time soon, i'll come and it'll make my day :) Aaah i wish i was as good a lyricist as you, they're such beautiful lyrics <3

I got my CD in the mail today! This is a very good day so far. :D (I almost never buy physical CDs, but when you mentioned that the booklet would have a whole page on the duck lamp…yeah.)

I really liked this song, it's one of my favourites on the album (Living on the Underground though, OH MAN I think that might be one of my favourite songs EVER). Your voice really suits piano in the backround :D

Now I've had good time to think about your new album, I believe that this song is definitely the strongest. It's so professional. When I'm listening to Parrot Stories I always have the “he's an unsigned artist” feeling in the back of my mind (not that I don't like it!), but with this album and mainly this song I don't feel that.
It is a cut above everything else you've done and I'm immensely happy and proud for you. Well done Alex, your music is beautiful, I hope you keep it up for a long time.
