One ninety three

When I’m in the shower, sometimes I like to stand so that the water’s running in such a way that it comes out from under my penis, and then it tricks my brain into thinking I’m peeing when I’m not even peeing. Just me?

Sorry it took so long to upload. I’ve sat on it for months; other videos have always got in the way. “It’s time to upload the VidCon set – oh wait, my album’s out, I should talk about that. Oh, it’s been a while since the new Twilight reading, I should do that. Ooh, bungee jumping! Okay, now – wait, what is this vulva perfume?! I need to talk about THAT first! Ack, now I’m in New York, I should make a video about it” etc. Anyway, I wanted to finally share it cos I was proud of the show and I knew if I didn’t take this opportunity now I’d probably let another few months go by. But the show’s fun to watch, I think. It’s like a live DVD, except free, and only available from one angle. YEAH!

I wrote a chorus today for a new Chameleon Circuit song called Teenage Rebel. I was inspired after listening to I Was A Teenage Werewolf by The Remus Lupins. When finished (if finished) it will be my fourth contribution to the new Chameleon Circuit album, “Still Got Legs”, which we’re hoping to record next month <3 Names of the other songs I've written are "Travelling Man", "Everything Is Ending" and of course "The Doctor Is Dying“. (Spoilers!)

    Oh my, I'm impressed of how very good you sound singing live (and Tom too) – I mean, you sound good when recorded, too, of course, but I admire singers who don't just rely on their playback while doing “live” shows – you can absolutely tell true potential from…well non-potential when it comes to such things.

    And now I feel weird because even though I'm a girl I can absolutely relate to what you say about the peeing thing (minus the penis part, of course). But it's always cool to know that I'm not the only weirdo in the world so keep posting stuff like this, I love it. :)

I still think, though, that there may have been something more to Georgia leaving (yeah, I question it everytime I listen to that song and all its greatness). Surely the visual is only one clue. It might fool an outside observer who was vouchsafed a view of the path the water. But surely the pseudo-pisser can't actually trick his own brain on the matter.

    Doesn't the “ahhhh” feeling of a distended bladder experiencing blessed relief dominate one's own experience of urination? Isn't the visual secondary? The visual has some importance for a true peeer in keeping the aim accurate and the floor clean. But I'm baffled that a faux pee-er can actually trick his own brain based on visual cues alone.

I didn't comment at the time because I hadn't heard Charlie's original version so I decided to save it until I had heard that one first. Then the comments were disabled for the post so I hope you don't mind me putting my opinion here! My cd came this morning, listened to it, then listened to yours and Tom's cover. I have to say I think it's brilliant and as much as I love the original, your cover is currently on repeat. I love it.

    VidCon: That was awesome, only wish I could have been there in person. Plus, the set list has most of my favourite songs on it, if you did No More as well it would have been perfect. You're so energetic. Hope you consider coming to North England ;)

    (I might suggest that under conditions involving slightly altered states of consciousness – e.g. rather more-than-mild alcohol intoxication – the muting of physiological cues, alongside the general mental torpor and elevated creativity associated with such states, could conceivably bring one nearer to the point of actual inaccurate belief in the trueness of the one's faux peeing. But I can't support that with personal experience.)
