Yeah, The lead singer had said quoted by John Lennon before. I like the Bealtes and Green Day too but i also have a very wide taste in music.

Ok, I found you on youtube through the twilight chapters. freaking hilarious! and now, I'm happy to say you enthrall me. Please keep up with the comments, I make these in my head all the time, and its hard to bite back on a writer's tongue in California, so knowing somebody is letting loose and getting applauded for it, makes me feel like the world finally makes sense. :) BTW: amazing voice, and fantastic lyrics. truly feel the emotion behind them.

Hi, Alex. I'm new to your community, I actually discovered you and Charlie via a link my friend posted of your reading Twilight (good stuff, by the way). I've since spent the last couple of days watching (and sometimes rewatching) the better part of your videos. I have to say, up until now I mostly watched them because I'm an American during finals week and I'd rather listen to English accents than study organic chemistry. But after reading this your response to the religion question, I'm much more interested. Good stuff.

Hi Alex, I'm way out of your “target age group” but I'm already a fan! Found you via a friend when we were laughing about the Twilight mania here in Germany. Love your readings and can't wait for the next installment. Listened to “Parrot” today and will get (yes, actually buy!) the CD for my nephew. Keep up the good work, you seem like an intelligent, hard-working chap and you write cool music. And rip on Twilight. ;-)

Yeah I'd have no problem contacting other youtubers with hardly any subscribers but trying to befriend someone with near a quarter million subscribers sure is intimidating to say the least. Do you think that if you only had say 5,000 subscribers and Charlie was at the subscriber count he is at now would you still have contacted him and do you think you guys would have hit it off as fast and as well as you had back then?

Usually when interesting Youtubers have more than 15,000+ subscribers I don't even bother trying to get in touch for fear I'd be easily looked over lol, call me a pessimist o_o; buuuut I'm sure with the amount of people that try to befriend you, Jimmy, Alan, Tom, etc. it's easy for you guys to overlook the possibility of entertaining a potential friendship unless the person in question is somewhat popular on YouTube yes?

Just curious =P, as for gatherings I've been meaning to go to some but until I actually make videos myself I'd feel a little out of place. Though I'm sure it's a better way to make friends than to email someone up and say, "hey lets be friends mate, here's my messenger screenname! kthxbai!" lol...@_@

e-fame can definitely get in the way of things :(
