I had a dream once, shortly after the release of the CD, after I had heard about the extra track. Now, I hadn't bought the physical CD, so I could only imagine what it sounded like. My dream sometime within the following week did that for me: in it, I received Chameleon Circuit in the mail via a mysterious benefactor, and excitedly I put the disc in my computer to listen to it. I listened all the way through, and then it stopped, but I saw that there was a track at the bottom that had the little video icon next to it. So I clicked on the video, which was entitled "Daleks Never Die," and it was this truly horrible little creation. It was this huge screamo number thing, and I remember Liam was sitting there with an electric guitar, and then this careful piano melody started up. Then he screamed something in German and the rest of you materialized with acoustic guitars and marimbas and everyone started screaming “DALEKS! DALEKS! DALEKS!” while Charlie started hollering at the top of his voice, alternating saying “EXTERMINATE!” and the same German phrase that Liam screamed.

None of you were playing your instruments, but at around the three minute mark (the song was four minutes exactly) you all started screaming in harmony and you lit the marimba on fire and jumped on it several times. Then the piano started up again and everyone screamed “DALEKS NEVER DIE!” and that was it.

I really don't even know, but I'm glad to have shared that with you now. I'm quite pleased that that is not the song. Or at least I hope it isn't; I think I'll have to buy the CD already. xx

Oh good; really I'm quite relieved that the track isn't called Daleks Never Die.
