Is it just me or is that picture really creepy? The lips, the eyes, the eyebrows... she looks like a cosmetic surgery ad. Or a brown haired Barbie.

Maybe the 'e' s are a code of some sort...or a clue, they might lead to more Twilight conspiracies... or maybe we're reading too much into it :)

Can I be incredibly pedantic and point out that her hair in this picture isn't actually straight at all? Because I just did. Thanks. =)

It's the same with her other book, the Host; the main character is described as decently similar to her.

It leaves me to wonder, since she's Bella and the entire series is her fantasy, why on earth she would have Edward perform a c-section with his teeth on her in the last book, after the baby breaks her spine in two...

Wait, so does this mean that Twilight is her fanfiction of her own life? Cause... it's terribly written. So I guess it kinda fits in with the other stereotypical fanfiction!

I'm kind of neutral ground on the whole Twilight front (I certainly don't love it, but I don't hate it either) but I've heard that Bella is supposed to be "the daughter Stephenie never had" so with that in mind, wouldn't they look alike?

Oh yeah, that's true - when deciding to name her character, she struggled for ages until finally giving her the name she'd been reserving for her first-born daughter were she to have one: Isabella.

(I know too much about Twilight. I actually am obsessed, in a very different strange way.)

Oh my god, YES. I read the first book (hated it), and flipped to the back to see what she looked like...EXACTLY THE SAME PERSON AS THE MAIN CHARACTER. How self-centered is that? Ugh, I hate her.
